I found these punky chunky heels last weekend in Cheltenham's Topshop at the ridiculous price of £20, down from £65. I paired them with these printed trousers, which were another surprising bargain (this time from a shop I tend to avoid on the High Street: Republic), but there were plenty of other options they would work well with, especially loose fit delicate dresses and skirts as they'd add a tougher edge. The coral and black colour combo has been a challenge to match in terms of tops, but my failsafe oversized blouse (size 18, £5 in a H&M sale a few years ago) seems to be able to carry the print. The silver/grey necklace is definitely necessary to balance the darker bottom of the outfit, picking up the silver of the shoe buckle and studs.
I recovered this Sisley khaki jumper from my mum's wardrobe. The double black stripes on the sleeves are reminiscent of an Addidas tracksuit, rather fitting with the current sports luxe/Olympic trend. The silver details also pick up on the studs of the inside heel of the shoes, which are almost like a hidden feature.
